ABOUT ME

 

From the moment I started messing around with cake mixture as a child, I knew I wanted to work with food. Over the years, my fascination with cooking - and baking, in particular - has turned from a hobby into a rewarding career.

 

After graduating from Leiths School of Food and Wine I began my career in magazines, starting out by writing and testing recipes. Later I moved into food styling, where I've earned a reputation for creating beautiful looking food for still photography and videos. I worked for a number of leading foodie publications, such as BBC Good Food and Delicious magazine, before joining content media agency Seven in 2010 to work on all Sainsbury's instore publications, including the by Sainsbury's recipe collection books, Live Well For Less magazine and the Sainsbury's sponsored What's Cooking TV show.

 

My passion for creating beautful food has led me to choose to go down the path of a freelance food stylist and writer where I will use both past and future experience to excel.
